THE TEA

I managed the digital marketing for EllisKnight Bespoke Recruitment. I was tasked with spearheading all things marketing. Including;

  • Social media marketing (content marketing)- Linkedin, Twitter
  • Email marketing including email signatures
  • Website rebranding
  • Marketing material creation and dissemination online and offlineshown further here

My thought process began with the branding consistency. It was important to have the brand image be consistent on all touchpoints that the audience would engage on. Both the physical marketing material and the online experience.

SHEBREWS

In terms of social media management, I used social media scheduling tools such as buffer to plan out the posts.

We wanted to engage with our followers and let them know, what we do, what we were up as a company and to and advertise our job vacancies.

Along the consumer journey we also wanted to move them from awareness to consideration.

I then launched a campaign for remembrance weekend. To grow our page following and draw support for the company’s new ex-military division, we developed a campaign that would donate £0.50 to SSAFA the armed forces charity, for every new follower we received on our LinkedIn. This lead to an increase of about 40-90 organic followers within the month.

EMAIL MARKETING

As part of the digital marketing, i developed email marketing campaigns. I used a auto popup to be activated by users on the website which directs them to sign up for emails. This was then linked to mailchimp. With Mailchimp, I also developed email campaigns triggered by users choices of what industries they wanted to receive job alerts from e.g marketing, administration, finance roles
